Bacgiang 650MW Coal-Fired Power Plant total investment is approximately 1.075 billion USD, adopting the highest standard of China and the most advanced technology. The Group invested together with CEEC and Vietnam An Khanh Group Co., Ltd. CEEC undertakes the EPC of the project. 

In 2017, APEC was held in Da Nang,Vietnam, on which the 650MW Coalfired Power Generation Project in Vietnam was jointly listed by China and Vietnam as a key project of the Belt and Road for bilateral cooperation.
