In October 2016, the first cement plant of the Group was officially completed and put into operation in Pemba, a northern city of Mozambique. 

It only took 14 months from the first site investigation of the investment and development team to the smooth operation of such a modern cement plant, which is a high pride of Zhonggang staff on behalf of China’s private enterprises in Mozambique.
