On November 24, 2017, Zhonggang signed a contract with Huanjia Group, both party agreeing to conduct allround cooperation in developing bases for resources recycling. On December 12, 2017, the parties set up Gangjia (Chongqing) Renewable Resources Co., Ltd. in Liangjiang Newly-developed Area, Chongqing, with the registered capital of 350 million CNY. The new company acts as the parent company of Chongqing’s bases for resources recycling and undertakes the recovery, processing, high-value utilization and sales of all renewable resources in Chongqing as well as the R&D and sales of recycling equipment.
